Instructor Bio:
Richard Lam is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing with the Feeling Good Institute in Mountain View, California. He currently provides short-term therapy for anxiety, OCD, habits/addictions, depression, and relationship concerns using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As a trainer and mentor, Richard imparts the profound insights of David Burns’ model of CBT known as TEAM-CBT. Richard’s warm demeanor and engaging storytelling captivates audiences, making complex clinical concepts accessible and actionable for the public.
